I have always been insanely passionate about life! I’m completely obsessed with learning about this earth we live on, the body we live in, the relationships we create or tarnish, and overall the day to day duties of a human being. ALL of it literally FASCINATES me. This obsession has contributed to the many reasons I am fiercely optimistic about life and can find the silver lining in just about everything.

My enthusiasm for life fuels my curiosity and desire to learn. After I received my bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I went back to the University of Utah to receive a certificate in the study of positive psychology. This program opened my eyes to the visible science and research that comes from being optimistic. Studies have shown that by learning to rely on practices such as gratitude, positive affirmations, and mindfulness, an individual is able to improve well-being, decrease stress and fight depression.

Personally, positive practices have changed my life in so many ways, I have little to no stress or anxiety, I have found success at work, home, in my relationships, etc.

It’s important to note, while everyone is more than capable of receiving these same benefits, optimism is like a muscle that needs to be exercised regularly. Which is why I created this site – I felt it was time to unite and share positive practices, inspiring whoever is looking for a change that you are not alone and deserve all that is meant to be YOURS.
