What even is an affirmation challenge?
Affirmations/mantras are one of the first easy steps to rewiring your mind to think more optimistically (i.e. in your favor). The more you tell yourself positive thoughts, the less room you have for negative ones, and the less negative thoughts you have, the more you start to believe in yourself and your abilities, which ultimately builds your confidence to claim all that is rightfully YOURS!
It’s important to start each day fresh and with a new grateful attitude, and I have found that by incorporating these small phrases in my daily routines, I am much more willing and enthusiastic about what the day has to offer, and most often results in a day that is well spent.
Why is it important?
You may not recognize the criticism or defeat you repeat to yourself every day – feelings of doubt, fear, lack, or inadequacy frequently cross your mind without second thought. However, every single seemingly small negative (or positive) thought you tell yourself over and over, will eventually find itself part of your reality. Which is why it’s crucial to keep your thoughts aligned with the greatest good!!
